Scorpion Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Head Coach, John Barlow, has been training in Martial Arts over 30 years. His journey started with Judo as a young man, then Muay Thai (Kick Boxing) for around 15 years before joining Scorpion Jiu Jitsu around 2004. John then trained under Manchester Predators competing in MMA before finally devoting his full attention to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2009.
John was awarded his BJJ Black belt by Professor Rodgrigo Antunes, 6th Degree Black Belt.
